Our Volunteer Trips

Join us for our volunteer season! Experience South Africa with us on a 16-Day volunteer trip through three areas of the country. This trip, like all of our trips, is primarily focused on our volunteer commitment. Spend 12 days in the Crags, South Africa volunteering in Kurland Village. Your team will be refurbishing schools, learning centers, homes and community buildings; participate in our soup kitchen programs, rehabbing playgrounds, work on community gardens and more. You will get to participate in team building events, meet with local village members, and attend village committee meetings where you can learn their story while writing your own through the act of giving. We have projects for anyone and everyone, including photography, working with the kids, tutoring in the classroom, running sport camps, leading yoga practices and more. Join us for group reflection: a time where we can talk about our experience, what we’re seeing, contributions we’ve made, how we can improve, and hilarious stories and laughs!

Enjoy a hikes along the coastline, Tsitsikamma National park, canyoneering, rock climbing, zip lining, swimming, visit a local farm stall for wine tasting, and local BBQ’s or locally known as Braai’s! Have nightly wood fires with local, homecooked food and time to relax after volunteer days. At night, witness the array of constellations, the majestic Milky Way and countless shooting stars! Spend two days in Eastern Cape where you can fish, sand board and boogie board before spending a day on a private guided Safari. To learn more, submit an application below.
